Well, first citizenship, which is formally defined as “the quality of an individual’s response to membership in a community.” This makes citizenship far more complex than a simple legal matter, but rather one that consists of self-knowledge, interaction, and intimate knowledge of a place, its people, and its cultural history.
So digital citizenship is nearly the same thing–“the quality of a response to membership in a digital community” would be a good first crack at the definition.

Headed up by Beverley Bryant, Digital Technology is responsible for realising the digital information needs of the NHS, as well as stimulating the development of innovative technologies and information services to benefit patients, clinicians and the public.
As part of a collaboration between NHS England and the US Department of Health and Human Services, a joint report on international success factors for adoption and use of digital health in the US and NHS England was released in February 2016.
We are even lending the NHS our Digital Matrix in a hope of collaboration and mobile app working. We have even been linking and sharing files to take all the stress off CPD management.
